Job Description

IN2-AV is currently representing a powerhouse independent technology engineering consultancy in their hunt for an accomplished Telecom Engineering Lead. This isn’t just about making connections; it is a mid-level leadership role where you will drive small- to mid-scale, multi-discipline infrastructure projects with serious independence.

\n

\n

Are you ready to steer massive tech briefs from initial programming right through to closeout? This is your opportunity to clarify complex requirements, sync up with design teams, and ensure technical documentation hits that sweet spot of constructability and quality.

\n

\n

The Impact You Will Make:

\n

\n

Your influence extends way past the quality of your own cable designs. You will play a vital role in building the firm’s talent pipeline while reinforcing the disciplined engineering practices that keep projects on track.

\n

\n

1. Strategic Project LeadershipYou will guide diverse teams, keeping everything tightly aligned with scope, schedule, and budget. You'll use your sharp engineering judgment to spot risks before they blow up and ensure client trust through reliable follow-through and crystal-clear communication.

\n

2. Mentorship & Discipline Growth Internally, you are the technical anchor. You’ll mentor Designers and engineers with hands-on guidance and feedback that seriously strengthens discipline capability. You'll play a lead role in developing the firm’s talent and shaping training resources that accelerate team growth.

\n

3. System Innovation & Best PracticesYou will strengthen the consultancy’s core operational system by refining internal standards, templates, and tools. This isn’t standard paper pushing; you’ll contribute to GitHub by documenting client-specific nuances and submitting targeted Pull Requests to keep workflows modern and scalable. Externally, you’ll start developing credibility through thought-leadership—contributing to blog content, white papers, and industry presentations.
