We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant with strong VMware vSAN expertise to design, implement, administer, and optimize hyper-converged infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, vSAN, ESXi, and related virtualization technologies, supporting enterprise-scale infrastructure and cloud initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, deploy, and manage VMware vSAN and vSphere environments.
- Administer and troubleshoot ESXi hosts, clusters, and virtual machines.
- Perform vSAN configuration, storage policy management, and performance tuning.
- Lead infrastructure migrations, upgrades, and capacity planning activities.
- Monitor system health, availability, and ensure high-performance operations.
- Implement disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity solutions.
- Collaborate with architecture, security, and application teams on infrastructure projects.
- Prepare technical documentation, best practices, and operational procedures.

Required Skills

- Strong experience with VMware vSAN, vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter Server.
- Knowledge of storage technologies, SAN/NAS, and hyper-converged infrastructure.
- Experience with VMware HA, DRS, Storage Policies, and Lifecycle Manager.
- Understanding of networking concepts including VLANs, DNS, TCP/IP, and load balancing.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation and monitoring tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- VMware certifications such as VCP, VCAP, or VCDX.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
