We are seeking a skilled and mission-driven Database Administrator to lead and manage Clarity database replication in collaboration with OCHIN Epic and third-party vendors. This role is essential in ensuring real-time data availability across entities and supporting the development of analytics and reporting solutions using Epic Ambulatory EMR data. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL Server administration, ETL pipeline development, and translating clinical quality metrics (e.g., HEDIS, UDS, PCMH) into actionable SQL logic. You’ll work closely with clinical informatics and EHR support teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment with care workflows, while also contributing to BI initiatives using SSRS, Power BI, and Excel. Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor Level preparation in computer, mathematical, information sciences or equivalent training – Master Level Preferred
• Strong Analytical skills
• Ability to work independently to organize work in a manner that ensures accuracy and efficiency
• Strong experience on creating fast and efficient database queries and Troubleshoot bottlenecks
• At least Five years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2012 or higher including SQL Server Reporting Services and SQL Server Business Intelligence Development Studio, SSIS, and Power BI
• Preferred experience with R, Python or similar statistical tools/languages
• Familiarity with other data, analytic and reporting tools
• 5-8 years of experience in computer science or information science related field
