Job Title: Post Market Quality Technician
Location: 100 Nagog Park, Acton Massachusetts 01720
Shift: Start Time between 6 - 8 am EST
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform product testing, failure analysis, and troubleshooting
- Maintain quality records, NCRs, CAPAs, training, and audit documentation
- Review DHRs and lot acceptance records
- Analyze quality data and create trends/Pareto charts
- Support FDA and ISO 13485 inspections
- Partner with Quality and Engineering teams to improve processes and controls
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in Engineering or a Scientific discipline
- Electrical/mechanical background strongly preferred
- 2+ years of Quality experience preferred
- Medical device, QSR, ISO 13485, or regulated-industry experience preferred
- Strong Excel, documentation, organization, and technical writing skills
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma is a plus
- Ability to use basic hand tools and occasionally lift/push up to 50 lbs
Must be available to work onsite in Acton, MA.
