Java Developer with AI / Conversational Platform Exposure

Core Skill Requirements (ones marked in blue are medium priority)

o 6-8 years of strong experience in Java development, including proficiency in Spring
\n
SpringBoot
\n
o 2-3 years of experience with Python, focused on backend or data-driven development
\n
o Strong experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs
\n
o Strong understanding of Reactive Programming (WebFlux, etc.)
\n
o Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for event-driven architecture
\n
o Database expertise in both MongoDB (NoSQL) and Oracle (RDBMS)
\n
o Experience with Flink for stream processing and data pipelines
\n
o GraphQL knowledge
\n
• AI / Conversational Platform Exposure
\n
o Strong understanding of Google Dialogflow CX or similar conversational AI
\n
frameworks
\n
o Exposure to LLM (Large Language Models), agentic architectures, and prompt
\n
engineering concepts
\n
o Familiarity with ADK (Agent Development Kit), Playbook, or similar agentic
\n
frameworks
\n
o Conceptual understanding of machine learning fundamentals and model telemetry.
\n
• Additional Skills

o Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
\n
o Experience with microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native
\n
environments (OCP, Kubernetes, etc.)

o Excellent communication skills; ability to collaborate across engineering and product

o Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

o Prior experience in banking, fintech, or digital assistant platforms is an advantage.
