Saturdays, 1x per month 2 hours, plus 1-2 hours sending out the invitation. Hourly rate flexible.

About the Role:
\n
Sandra McKnight's Celebrate Happiness roadshow is looking for a
\n
reliable, detail-oriented Zoom Technical Host to support our monthly
\n
virtual Happiness Salon. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who
\n
loves creating smooth, welcoming online experiences and wants to be part
\n
of a joyful, purpose-driven community event.
\n
\n
As the Zoom Technical Host, you'll be the behind-the-scenes support that
\n
keeps each session running seamlessly — so Sandra and her guests can
\n
focus on connection, conversation, and celebration.
\n
\n
What You'll Do:
\n
Set up and launch the Zoom session ahead of each monthly Happiness Salon
\n
Manage the waiting room, admit attendees, and monitor the chat
\n
Handle screen sharing, slide advancement, breakout rooms, and any
\n
multimedia cues
\n
Troubleshoot audio/video issues in real time for hosts and guests
\n
Coordinate with Sandra McKnight and her team on run-of-show and timing
\n
Record the session (if requested) and ensure proper backup/storage
\n
Provide a brief post-event technical recap or notes
\n
\n
What We're Looking For:
\n
Proven experience hosting or co-hosting professional Zoom
\n
meetings/webinars
\n
Comfortable managing Zoom's admin features (breakout rooms, polls,
\n
recording, waiting room, spotlighting, etc.)
\n
Calm, proactive problem-solver who can troubleshoot tech issues quickly
\n
and quietly
\n
Excellent communication skills and a warm, positive presence
\n
Must be available on Saturdays, once per month, for the live session
\n
(plus brief pre-event setup time)
\n
Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home office/streaming
\n
