About the Role

\n

We are seeking a Junior IT Support Analyst to join a fast-paced enterprise Helpdesk team supporting end users across multiple office locations. The ideal candidate will provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, Active Directory, virtualization, printers, cloud storage, and enterprise software while delivering exceptional customer service.

\n

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong desktop support experience, Active Directory administration, and troubleshooting skills who enjoys working directly with users in a collaborative IT environment.

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

    \n
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for end users, resolving hardware, software, and application issues.
  • \n

  • Troubleshoot and support Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam, Workday, and other enterprise applications.
  • \n

  • Administer Active Directory, including user accounts, security groups, Organizational Units (OUs), Group Policy (GPO), DNS, DHCP, and login scripts.
  • \n

  • Perform PC imaging, deployment, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
  • \n

  • Deploy and manage Hyper-V virtual machines, snapshots, virtual networks, templates, and backups.
  • \n

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot shared printers, Konica Minolta multifunction devices, and YSoft printing solutions.
  • \n

  • Support Google Drive administration, file migrations, permissions, and email/data exports.
  • \n

  • Monitor and troubleshoot endpoint security solutions, including SentinelOne and Zscaler.
  • \n

  • Develop PowerShell and batch scripts to automate routine administrative tasks.
  • \n

  • Utilize ServiceNow for incident management, asset tracking, reporting, dashboards, and documentation.
  • \n

  • Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and inventory records.
  • \n

  • Support hardware installation, upgrades, equipment lifecycle management, and IT asset inventory.
  • \n

Required Qualifications

\n

    \n
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • \n

  • Minimum 2 years of professional IT Helpdesk or Desktop Support experience.
  • \n

  • Minimum 2 years of Active Directory administration experience, including:
  • \n

  • User and Group Management
  • \n

  • Organizational Units (OUs)
  • \n

  • Group Policy (GPO)
  • \n

  • DNS
  • \n

  • DHCP
  • \n

  • Login Scripts
  • \n

  • Security Administration
  • \n

  • Minimum 2 years of PC imaging experience using:
  • \n

  • Norton Ghost
  • \n

  • Clonezilla
  • \n

  • FOG
  • \n

  • Minimum 1 year of experience with:
  • \n

  • Hyper-V Virtual Machines
  • \n

  • Zebra Mobile Tablets
  • \n

  • Dell Rugged Tablets

  • Microsoft Surface Devices

  • Konica Minolta Printers
  • \n

  • YSoft Print Management
