Job Description & Skill Requirement:
- Identified various cost reduction opportunities of Semiconductor capital Equipment by analysis of costed BOM, system design etc.
- Prepare and present following details about each opportunity to stakeholders and executive level audiences
- Cost reduction idea detail, % MCOS/TCOS saving, Should Cost
- Initial validation of cost saving possibilities- Strong technical explanations, design review, calculations, system level Impact analysis
- Experience in supplier cost negotiations, Implementation of cost reduction design in high volume production
- Experience in Semiconductor Equipment, Semiconductor fabrication and Semiconductor manufacturing eco system
- Strong evidence of excellent leadership and influence skills to deliver results.
- Excellent project Management skills for executing and cost reduction projects with
- leading cross-functional teams (ME, EE, System engineering, Product marketing, Mfg, supply chain)
- Technical Problem Solving, risk mitigation
- Presentation skills, communication skills,
