Coforge is seeking experienced Software Configuration Engineers with strong expertise in Tier III application support, software configuration, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, SQL, SaaS/enterprise applications, and defect investigation. Experience with Jira/Azure DevOps and programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C# is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide Tier III support for enterprise applications.
- Investigate and resolve complex production issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and defect identification.
- Configure and troubleshoot application functionality.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Software Engineers.
- Validate fixes and support testing activities.
- Improve platform stability and reduce recurring issues.
- Create technical documentation and knowledge articles.
- Participate in on-call support rotation (24x5).

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of Tier III Application Support or Production Support experience
- Software Configuration & Troubleshooting
- Strong Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills
- SQL & Relational Database knowledge
- Jira or Azure DevOps experience
- Defect Investigation & Resolution
- Experience working with Engineering teams
- SaaS or Enterprise Application Support
- Basic coding knowledge (Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, etc.)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Agile environment experience (preferred)
- Life Sciences / Clinical Research experience (preferred)
