Job Description
- 8+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst in software development
- Strong background in authoring solution requirements, user stories, and technical specifications
- Proficiency in SQL and understanding of relational database schemas
- Experience with REST, SOAP, JSON, and API integrations
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira
- Knowledge of BDD frameworks such as Gherkin/Cucumber
- Experience with test data generation tools (e.g., Hexawise)
- Ability to coordinate releases and analyze production incidents using tools like Splunk
- Skilled in creating business flow diagrams and OpenAPI contracts
- Understanding of solution architecture and ability to collaborate with architects and tech leads
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
