Sr. Storage Administrator / Engineer

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM plus a rotational after-hours on-call

\n

Clearance: Active DoD/DoW TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph

\n

\n

What You’ll Do

\n

\n
• Monitor and manage enterprise backup platforms: NetBackup, Cohesity, Commvault, and Rubrik

\n

• Onboard new servers and VMs into backup coverage, and troubleshoot backup issues with customers

\n

• Stand up and configure new backup solutions as they are acquired

\n

• Troubleshoot and coordinate break-fix for backup appliances and disk arrays (Oracle ZFS, NetApp, VAST, and IBM storage)

\n

• Monitor and resolve SAN issues, including Brocade switch troubleshooting and zoning from the command line

\n

• Partner with the ISSO to remediate vulnerabilities and patch systems

\n

• Support SSP reauthorization with the ISSO

\n

\n

\n

Required Qualifications

\n

\n
• Active DoD/DoW TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph

\n

• CompTIA Security+ CE or higher (DoD 8570/8140 compliant)

\n

• 10+ years of experience as a System Administrator or Storage Administrator

\n

\n

\n

Preferred Experience

\n

\n
• Hands-on administration of NetBackup, Cohesity, Commvault, and/or Rubrik

\n

• Enterprise storage arrays: Oracle ZFS, NetApp, VAST, IBM

\n

• Brocade SAN switching and zoning

\n

• Working with ISSOs on vulnerability remediation and system authorization (RMF/SSP)
