" Microsoft C# skills to develop CRM custom extensions/Plugins
" Worked in Solution deployments, ALM and CRM Solutions, Security design
" Troubleshooting & solution achiever for the application development issues with team collaboration
" Worked on Reports OOB, Dashboard and Power BI
" Worked on Copilot within D365 and M365 and Copilot studio/Azure AI foundry and developed agents and/or chatbots using Copilot Studio
" Good Communication
" D365 Certification - PL 600/200 or AB 100
" Knowledge about Azure Components and AZ 900 certification is preferred.
