We are currently seeking a full-time Lead Screen Printer to work alongside our screen-printing team. If you are a skilled professional who takes ultimate pride and ownership in your craft, possesses an absolute eye for detail, and is ready to mentor others while maintaining high quality standards, this is your next step.
What you will do:
- Oversee and optimize daily screen-printing production.
- Execute the entire screen print process from start to finish.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of passionate printers.
- Maintain quality control to ensure our customers absolutely love the final product.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges and manage shop workflow efficiently.
