ASCC, Inc. is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Cable Installation Technicians. In this role, you will install and support data, voice, and video cabling systems at customer locations.
Requirements:
Job Duties:
- Install data, voice, and video cabling at customer sites
- Perform cable terminations, testing, and basic troubleshooting
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Follow installation plans, company procedures, and safety guidelines
- Work independently or as part of a team
- Travel to customer locations as needed
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Labor, construction, or other hands-on work experience is a plus
- Experience using hand tools and power tools preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights of up to 40 feet
- Willingness to travel for projects, typically 4 to 5 days at a time
- Ability to distinguish colors for working with color-coded wiring
- Must be able to pass Pennsylvania Act 34 and Act 151 background checks
- Must be willing to work in tobacco-free environments
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills with customers, coworkers, and project managers
