This company is ESOP and takes their training/mentorship very similar! &nbsp; A great opportunity for an up and coming Project Engineer to advance their career with strong contractor. &nbsp; &nbsp; Project Engineer Requirements
<ul>
<li>Construction related degree preferred</li>
<li>1-2+ years in a heavy civil contractor setting</li>
<li>Exposure to projects in sector's such as: roads, bridges, excavating, underground utilities, concrete, etc.</li>
<li>Estimating skills preferred (HCSS), but not required</li>
<li>Ability to live in the Minneapolis area!</li>
