Job Title: Functional Test Lead

- We are seeking an experienced Functional Test Lead with strong Healthcare Payer domain expertise and hands-on experience with the Facets healthcare system. The ideal candidate will lead functional testing assessments, evaluate testing processes, identify gaps, and drive testing transformation, transition planning, and quality improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
\n

- 10+ years in Functional Testing / Quality Engineering.
- 5+ years leading testing programs or managed services engagements.
- 5+ years of experience with the Facets healthcare system.
- Strong Healthcare Payer domain knowledge: Claims, Enrollment, Membership, Billing, Provider, Prior Authorization, Care Management, and EDI.
- Experience in testing assessments, transition planning, workforce planning, and stakeholder management. Familiarity with Jira, qTest, and Azure DevOps.
