Location: Richfield, Ohio, US. 4 days in office, 1 day remote

Salary: $85,000 to $100,000 (flexible for the right candidate)

This is a hands on engineering role on a small, close knit product development team, reporting to the Director of Product Development. As the team grows, there's a clear path for the right person to step into a team lead role.

What You'll Do
\n
- \n
- Design and ship core internal and customer facing tools across the full stack.
- Build automated platform services and workflows.
- Architect and tune the APIs, databases, and platform services behind complex enterprise workflows.
- Own features end to end, including testing, validation, and thorough documentation.
- Contribute to technical design discussions and uphold code quality through rigorous reviews.
- Improve platform reliability, data traceability, and advanced reporting.

Nice To Haves

- A BS degree plus experience building business critical applications.
- Strong fundamentals in an object oriented language (Java strongly preferred).
- A proven ability to design and maintain enterprise grade software.
- Hands on experience with cloud services (AWS or Azure).
- Experience developing and maintaining APIs.
