Job Description
Role Title: SAP HCM Payroll & Success Factors Lead Consultant
Location: Omaha, NE (Onsite 5 days a week)
Start Date / End Date: 4/20/2026 – 3/31/2027
Position Overview: The SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Functional Consultant will support an Application Maintenance & Support (AMS) engagement for the Products industry group. This role focuses on providing high-level functional expertise to maintain and enhance HR systems for a critical client account.
Day-To-Day Responsibilities:
- Act as a functional support consultant for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors in an AMS environment.
- Manage and resolve Incidents, Service Requests, and Minor Enhancements.
- Perform issue analysis, root-cause identification, and resolution.
- Work closely with client stakeholders, HR teams, and IT counterparts.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and support processes.
- Participate in system testing, validation, and user support activities.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE: An expert-level functional consultant with over 15 years of experience who is comfortable working 100% onsite. They should possess a deep technical background in US Payroll combined with a modern understanding of SuccessFactors modules (RCM/PMGM).
