Our client seeks a Senior MDM Technical Product Lead – Informatica 360 to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise Master Data Management solutions. The role will drive end-to-end data architecture, scalable integrations, and real-time enablement across banking platforms. The analyst will lead implementation of Informatica Customer 360 and Reference 360, enabling governed, unified, and high-quality customer data through API-driven and event-driven architectures, and robust batch and real-time data pipelines.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Qualified applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis.

Salary: $120,978/yr - $209,696/yr

Responsibilities:

  • Lead implementation and optimization of Informatica Customer 360 and Reference 360, from source ingestion to downstream consumption.
  • Design and govern MDM architecture, integration patterns, and golden record management including match and merge frameworks.
  • Build and manage batch and real-time data pipelines using API-driven and event-driven approaches.
  • Enhance enterprise data quality, profiling, exception reporting, and issue resolution for data warehouses and analytics.
  • Develop dashboards and modern analytics to support business insights and special data projects.
  • Enforce enterprise data policies, complete month-end validations, and support training or mentoring of team members.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including source-to-target mappings and data dictionaries.
  • Facilitate strategies to mature data management capabilities and support a multi-year roadmap.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across banking units and maintain awareness of emerging technologies.
  • Deliver key artifacts including MDM architecture designs, data models, integration mappings, and performance frameworks.

Experience Requirements:

  • 12+ years in data engineering, MDM development, or integration architecture.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Informatica Customer 360 and Reference 360.
  • Expertise in Customer or Party MDM for individual and non-individual entities.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data integration tools, including Informatica and ETL frameworks.
  • Experience with REST and GraphQL APIs, and messaging or event platforms such as Kafka or MQ.
  • Knowledge of data modeling, data governance, and data lineage with real-time and batch architectures.
  • Experience in finance or banking domains, including core banking, CIS, and risk or compliance areas such as KYC.
  • Agile experience with user stories and test cases in Jira.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake or other cloud data platforms and exposure to Azure, AWS, or hybrid architectures.
  • Leadership ability with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Understanding of data warehousing, transformation methods, and ETL processes.
  • Knowledge of spreadsheets and databases, with ability to write SAS and familiarity with SAS Enterprise Guide and Cognos.
  • Preferred: microservices architecture, domain-driven design, DevOps and CI or CD automation, and large-scale data transformation programs.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience in Data Management or Data Analytics, or High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Data Management or Data Analytics.
