Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated QA Admin to manage the Quality Management System (QMS) database and support the preparation and creation of quality, manufacturing, testing, inspection, validation, and product development-related documents. The role focuses on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of records and maintaining an accurate file history.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and update filed records as needed.
  • Initiate, route, approve, release, and analyze change requests.
  • Assist with managing customer field complaints, deviations, nonconformances, and corrective and preventative actions.
  • Manage and audit training records.
  • Create a variety of documents to support regulatory compliance, quality, and R&D functions, including SOPs, Work Instructions, and Job Aids.
  • Participate and assist in audits.
  • Engage deeply with the quality system, understanding change orders, and transitions.
  • Conduct administrative work within the QMS, including monitoring and resolving change requests in the Redzone system.
  • Prepare to take over Annual Product Reviews (APRs) as part of professional growth.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in QMS and Change Order processes.
  • Strong foundation in Quality Assurance.
  • At least 2 years of experience in QA, specifically in OTC or Medical Device industries.
  • 2 years of experience with Change Controls.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's Degree.

Work Environment

The position operates within both an office and a manufacturing setting. Standard working hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with some overtime required. Employees will benefit from 5 days of PTO and paid holidays while on contract.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jackson, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
