Salary: $160K - $170k annually + benefits + Bonus up to 15%

We are seeking a hands-on Data / AI Architect to help design and build a centralized enterprise data and AI platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Data Architecture and Data Engineering, experience with MS Fabric or Databricks, and practical exposure to Generative AI and AI agents.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and review enterprise data architecture and technical solutions.
- Build and support data pipelines, data warehouses, and lakehouse platforms.
- Work with MS Fabric or Databricks.
- Integrate data from multiple ERP systems and business applications.
- Support data modeling, data transformation, and data quality initiatives.
- Apply Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold).
- Explore and implement AI, LLM, and AI agent capabilities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and offshore technical teams.
- Participate in hands-on development and implementation.

Required Qualifications
\n

- 5–10 years of experience in Data Architecture or Data Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with MS Fabric or Databricks.
- Strong Python and SQL skills.
- Experience with data pipelines, data warehousing, and data integration.
- Understanding of cloud-based data architecture.
- Practical exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, or AI agents.
- Experience building an AI agent is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable balancing architecture design with hands-on development.
