Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Manager / Project Coordinator to support a high-visibility program focused on reducing program error rates, improving operational effectiveness, and enhancing overall program performance.
The selected candidate will support multiple concurrent projects by coordinating program activities, facilitating executive and operational meetings, tracking action items and deliverables, and preparing executive-level reporting for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Support project activities associated with program performance improvement and error reduction initiatives.

Coordinate across business, operational, policy, and technology teams to ensure alignment on program objectives, milestones, and deliverables.

Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and corrective action plans.

Prepare executive summaries, dashboards, status reports, and presentations highlighting key metrics, project progress, issues, risks, and achievements.

Facilitate leadership, governance, and operational meetings focused on program performance and continuous improvement.

Develop meeting agendas, presentations, and supporting materials.

Track action items, decisions, milestones, and deliverables and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.

Coordinate communication among multiple stakeholder groups and escalate issues when necessary.

Support process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Analyze process flows and help identify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.

Prepare documentation and presentations for senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

Support proposal writing and other program-related documentation as needed.
Preferred Experience
-
Experience supporting large-scale government, public sector, human services, benefits administration, or healthcare programs.

Experience with program compliance, eligibility operations, quality improvement, or performance management.

Experience with SNAP, Medicaid, social services, public assistance, or similar government programs is strongly preferred.

Experience coordinating multiple projects or workstreams.

Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior Project Coordinator, Program Coordinator, Project Manager, or Program Manager who has experience coordinating complex initiatives, working with multiple stakeholder groups, preparing executive-level reports, and tracking projects from planning through completion.
Candidates with government, human services, healthcare, benefits administration, SNAP/Medicaid, or public-sector program experience would be especially strong.
