Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in the North east region, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards
- Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals
- Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes and systems
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Manage and optimize quality control processes to reduce defects and improve efficiency
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and customers
- Continuously improve quality management systems and processes
- Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in quality management systems and tools
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and root cause analysis techniques
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean
- Quality management certifications (e.g., ASQ, ISO) preferred
Additional Information
Salary: Salary range is dependent on scope of work, location of project, as well as level of experience. This range could fall anywhere between $125k - 200$k
