Role: Salesforce Technical Lead
Location: Norwalk, CT
Duration: 6 months
Experience: 10 Year

Rate: $50/hr

Roles and Responsibilities

Design| implement| and Eligible to workimize Salesforce solutions that align with business needs and ensure client success.
Design and document well architected Salesforce solutions ensuring scalability| performance| and security
Development and deployment
Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs| middleware| and ETL tools.
Define data migration strategies and execution.
Oversee integrations and configuration
Collaborate with business analysts| product owners| and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
End-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects| including planning| execution| and deployment.
Code reviews and performance Eligible to workimizations
Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
Manage version control and branching strategies.
Coordinate sandbox and production deployments.
Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients| providing technical advice and design direction.
Possess a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture| data model| security model| and integration patterns.
Plan and resolve tech debt
Evaluate and recommend third-party tools and AppExchange products.
Monitor system performance and proactively address bottlenecks.
Eligible to workimize queries| triggers| and workflows for speed and reliability.
Conduct regular health checks and system audits.
Ensure compliance with data governance| security policies| and regulatory requirements
Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and recommend adEligible to workion of new features.
