We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our team. In this long-term contract role, you will oversee and manage a portfolio of diverse projects within the machinery manufacturing industry, ensuring successful outcomes and alignment with organizational goals. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leaders to drive impactful change and innovation.
Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of multiple active projects, ensuring key milestones are met and outcomes align with organizational objectives.
• Lead Salesforce consolidation initiatives across subsidiaries, ensuring seamless integration and process optimization.
• Oversee technology selection, planning, and implementation projects at various stages of development.
• Coordinate cross-system integrations, facilitating smooth communication between platforms.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership to maintain alignment and progress.
• Represent end-user perspectives in change processes, ensuring project goals address user needs and impacts.
• Develop and maintain project objectives, team principles, and milestone tracking systems to ensure accountability.
• Support change management efforts by planning and executing initiatives that promote long-term sustainability.
• Organize and delegate workstreams to reduce workload pressure on senior leadership, ensuring efficient execution.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management.
• Strong background in manufacturing or similarly complex, multi-entity organizations is preferred.
• Proficiency working within Microsoft environments, including Teams, Office, and SharePoint.
• Exceptional skills in stakeholder engagement, collaboration, and effective communication.
• Experience with change management planning and execution is highly desirable.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and translate technical concepts into business terms.
• Proven track record of navigating ambiguity and aligning diverse stakeholder groups around shared objectives.
• Demonstrated leadership style that balances firmness with empathy to foster collaboration and trust.
