Our client, a financial technology firm serving the wealth management industry, is hiring an Associate Project Manager in Colorado Springs. You’ll run software implementation projects for the firm’s external clients, owning delivery from the statement of work through completion.

What you’ll do
\n
- \n
- Run client statements of work, requirements and design sessions, and project plans
- Keep budgets, timelines, and resource bookings on track
- Review scope change requests, explain the impact, and get client sign-off before moving forward
- Keep clients and internal teams updated on progress and project financials
- Identify delivery risks and put mitigation plans in place
- Keep project data current in the PM system and hit utilization, margin, and KPI targets

Requirements
\n
- \n
- 3+ years of project or program management
- Experience managing work through the SDLC using Agile or Waterfall
- Strong MS Office skills, including Project, SharePoint, and Visio
- Experience with PM tools like Jira or MS Project

Nice to have

- PMP, CSM, CAPM, or SAFe certification
- Six Sigma or Lean process improvement
- Financial services background, especially life insurance or annuities
