Job Description
Job Description
At i360technologies, we deliver business consulting and technology solutions that support the mission of federal agencies. A major federal agency is consolidating its core financial management systems into a single, multi-tenant Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solution as part of the government-wide push to standardize federal financial management. The program will migrate multiple agency components and customer agencies onto the new platform, with a stated goal of making maximum use of automation and artificial intelligence to reduce manual workload, speed reconciliation and improve data quality.
i360technologies supports this program as a subcontractor to a large federal systems integrator. We are seeking an Oracle Security Consultant who will lead the security architecture for the agency's Oracle Fusion Cloud solution: role-based access, segregation of duties, identity integrations, and the controls that support obtaining and maintaining the solution's Authority to Operate (ATO). This is the senior security role on the team, with the chance to shape how a major agency protects its financial system for years.
Location: Washington, DC Metro, on-site at client facilities; occasional travel to other client locations.
Why AI Matters Here
AI is central to how this team delivers, at every level. We want security consultants who use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to analyze role and access designs, draft security matrices and ATO documentation, map controls to NIST requirements, review SoD conflicts, and research Oracle security features. Senior team members also help early-career colleagues use AI well, including how to use it safely with sensitive information. Be ready to show us how AI has made your work faster and better.
What You Will Do
- Design the Oracle Fusion Cloud security architecture.
- Define the enterprise role-based access control (RBAC) strategy.

- Support identity and access management (IAM) integrations.
- Define security requirements for Fusion, OIC, and PaaS components.
- Support security assessments and audit requirements.
- Support ATO documentation and remediation activities.
- Coordinate with cybersecurity, functional, and technical teams.
- Ensure security controls stay effective through releases and configuration changes.
- Use AI tools to accelerate analysis and documentation, and mentor junior team members in using AI safely and well.
Required Qualifications

- Strong hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud security experience.
- Experience with RBAC and SoD design.
- Knowledge of IAM and security integration.
- Experience designing enterprise Oracle security models.

- Demonstrated use of AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, or problem solving.
Preferred Experience

- Federal financial system experience.
What You'll Gain
- The senior security role on a decade-long federal modernization program.
- Ownership of the security architecture for a major federal agency's financial system.
- Long-term stability with growing scope, responsibility, and leadership opportunity.
- Experience leading AI-enabled security delivery on a high-profile federal program.
What Success Looks Like
- The security architecture, role design, and SoD controls are approved and delivered on schedule.
- Audit findings and ATO requirements are addressed quickly and completely.
- Security controls hold up through releases and configuration changes.
- You use AI to deliver faster and help junior team members use it safely and well.
