As a Technology Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in the repair, testing, quality assurance, and inventory management of MacBooks, iPads, iPhones, and iMacs. This position offers an opportunity to develop technical expertise while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will gain hands-on experience with Apple hardware, contribute to operational excellence, and support the delivery of high-quality devices to customers across the country.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and test Apple devices to ensure they meet company quality standards
- Disassemble, inspect, and reassemble MacBooks, iMacs, iPhones, and iPads
- Replace defective components and verify device functionality
- Track and maintain incoming inventory for the repair department
- Accurately document repairs, testing results, and inventory activity
- Organize products, parts, and equipment according to company standards
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized workstations
- Support warehouse operations and productivity initiatives
- Follow quality, safety, and operational procedures
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and workflow efficiency
- Cross-train in various departments to support business operations
