Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
  
  
• Support Salesforce development teams delivering solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products as applicable.
  
  
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Salesforce architects, developers, business analysts, QA engineers, and business stakeholders to define priorities and delivery goals.
  
  
• Manage sprint execution, track team velocity, monitor burndown charts, and communicate delivery progress, risks, and dependencies.
  
  
• Identify and remove impediments affecting team productivity, sprint commitments, and release timelines.
  
  
• Coach teams on Scrum, Agile principles, continuous improvement, and self-organization.
  
  
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and support release planning for Salesforce enhancements, integrations, and deployments.
  
  
• Facilitate backlog refinement and ensure user stories have clear acceptance criteria and meet the team's Definition of Ready.
  
  
• Work closely with Salesforce DevOps and QA teams to support CI/CD processes, testing, deployment readiness, and release coordination.
  
  
• Track Agile metrics and provide status reports, dashboards, and delivery insights to management and stakeholders.
  
  
• Support risk management, issue resolution, change management, and continuous process improvement.
  
  
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, Salesforce platform capabilities, and delivery commitments.
  
  
• Promote collaboration between distributed and hybrid teams while maintaining transparency and accountability.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience in IT project delivery, Agile methodologies, Scrum Master responsibilities, or related roles.
  
  
• Significant experience serving as a Scrum Master for enterprise application development teams.
  
  
• Experience supporting Salesforce CRM implementations, enhancements, integrations, or platform modernization initiatives.
  
  
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Agile project management practices.
  
  
• Proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives.
  
  
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile management tools.
  
  
• Strong understanding of product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint metrics, and release planning.
  
  
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams consisting of developers, QA engineers, architects, business analysts, and Product Owners.
  
  
• Excellent communication, facilitation, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder-management skills.
  
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification.
  
  
• SAFe Scrum Master certification or experience working in a scaled Agile environment.
  
  
• Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform, or Salesforce-related certifications.
  
  
• Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce integrations.
  
  
• Understanding of Salesforce deployment tools and DevOps practices, including Salesforce DX, Gearset, Copado, or Flosum.
  
  
• Experience with enterprise release management, governance, compliance, and quality assurance.
  
  
• Experience supporting geographically distributed teams in a hybrid work environment.
