Job DescriptionRole: Java Backend Lead Developer WITH AI EXPERIENCE
Skills: Java, Microservices, Spring boot and Kafka

Location: ONLY Austin, TX – 3 days a week, Day one onsite. (Look for Local Candidates)

Job Description:
- Candidate should be a hands-on Java Lead person with an overall 10+ Years of IT Experience.
- Should be doing hands-on Coding in the current projects.
- Should have experience of 7 years and hands-on exp in Java, Microservices, Spring boot, Spring batch and Kafka.
- Should have hands-on experience in their current projects.
- Should have hands-on working experience in Agile Methodologies.
- Should have a Strong and Hardcore Backend Project Development experience and API, mostly experience in using Java, spring boot, and any messaging tool.
MOST IMPORTANT:
- Team Lead experience – experience In managing onshore/offshore and nearshore models from the US location (at least 2 years).
Good Communication.
- 100% written confirmation on working from the client office – no remote working (not negotiable)
