I'm partnering with an industry-leading entertainment and technology organization that is looking for an experienced Lead Technical Program Manager to drive large-scale, high-impact technical initiatives across multiple engineering teams.

This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you'll lead complex programs from strategy through execution while collaborating with engineering, product, and business leaders.

What You'll Be Doing:
\n
• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, cross-functional technical programs
\n
• Coordinate multiple engineering teams and manage complex dependencies
\n
• Drive planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication
\n
• Partner closely with engineering and product leaders to deliver strategic initiatives
\n
• Use data, automation, and AI tools to improve program delivery and team effectiveness
\n
\n
What We're Looking For:
\n
- \n
- 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience
- Proven success delivering large-scale software development programs
- Strong technical understanding with the ability to work closely with engineering teams
- Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
- Agile and/or Waterfall program management experience
- Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills

Nice to Have:

- Experience in streaming, media, entertainment, or digital content
- Background in large enterprise technology organizations
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve productivity or program execution
- Ad Tech or Media Technology experience is a plus
