Implementation of the quality requirements of the customer and SAS at shop floor via relevant auto inspections in relevant work instructions & their trainings to Supervisors & ACT Leaders
Support and maintenance of test planning within the related area
Implementation of the testing and checking concepts and instructions
Planning, Realisation and Management of test-equipment calibration & validation
Accomplishment of screwing calibration and control
Measurement activities (3 D-Management & Gauges)
Support at release for series assembly
Accomplishment products audits incl. Documentation
Following local health & safety regulations as set by the company.Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures (standard work instructions)
Evaluation of scrap parts from the line
Creation of a Quality Alert when a customer complaint / incident has received
Authorization to block and release production parts
Management of Emergency Concept Data
Understanding and appliance of work-, inspection-, test- and measuring-instructions
Accurate handling of inspection and test tools
Problem solving (ACT QRCI) for relevant quality problems in ACT's
Update of standard defect code list
Update and maintenance of control plan
Authorization to block & release production
Liaise with the production team on all quality related issues
Communication with customer/supplier – complaints
Attendance by risk management meeting / P-FMEA
Involvement in workstation rating
