Job Description

Expanding U.S. Based Warehouse Management Software-Hardware Systems Company in Expansion Mode.

Newly Created Role, Interface with Internal teams and External Clients, Interesting New Projects, Newly Created Role.

Desired Skills/Experience:

Experience working in a similar role for a Software Company the builds software for tangible products or systems and/or a Company that Builds and Designs Systems for a Physical Product (and tangible product that you can see, touch and feel).
Experience with Software for Automation Control, Process Control, SCADA, DCS or similar software is a strong plus.
ScrumMaster or Agile Certifications are preferred: CSM, SAFe, SSM, and PMI-ACP.
Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, especially in Scrum.
Experience working in a mixed Software-Development-Project Management role combined with ScrumMaster responsibilities is preferred.
Software Project Management Experience with all phases of the SDLC within a developing-emerging AGILE Environment: ensure that projects are executed efficiently and align with business objectives; facilitating the agile process alongside:
- scheduling/initiating, leading-driving spring meetings, daily stand-ups
- goal alignments
- ongoing communication with product owners to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
- Guide and coach teams in Agile practices, fostering a culture of continuous SDLC improvement and innovation.
- fostering a productive Software Development team environment
- collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and management to prioritize work, manage risks, and track progress.
Experience creating, presenting and explaining detailed progress and metrics reporting surrounding the SDLC
Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, especially in Scrum.
Rock Solid oral and written communication skills and very detail oriented.

Pluses:

Proven experience managing WMS (Warehouse Management Software) projects or similar software for warehouse operations.
