Michigan's Adventure is seeking a motivated Information Technology Intern to help support the technology systems that power our amusement and water park operations. This paid internship offers hands-on experience with technical support, network infrastructure, hardware deployment, system administration, and end-user support in a unique, fast-paced environment.
This is an internship opportunity for spring and summer of 2027.
Responsibilities
- Assist with setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computers, POS systems, printers, mobile devices, and ticketing equipment.
- Support network infrastructure including wireless access points and switches.
- Provide help desk support to associates across multiple park departments.
- Assist with user account administration, system security, and technology documentation.
- Maintain IT inventory records and support hardware deployments.
- Learn how technology supports daily park operations and guest experiences.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a college degree or certification program.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking fundamentals, and Windows/macOS systems.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working outdoors and lifting up to 30 pounds of equipment.
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
