AEM Dev
\n
We are seeking a highly skilled AEM Developer with a strong background in Adobe Experience Manager AEM component development and integration The ideal candidate will bring expertise in AEM Sites and have a passion for innovation particularly in applying AI driven solutions to optimize content integration and user experience
\n
\n
Key Responsibilities
\n
Design develop and maintain custom AEM components and templates
\n
Integrate AI models or services eg content personalization metadata enrichment predictive content recommendations into AEM workflows
\n
Collaborate with UX designers backend developers and AIML teams to deliver seamless intelligent content solutions
\n
Develop scalable and reusable AEM components using HTL Sling Models and JCR
\n
Configure and manage AEM assets workflows and DAM integrations
\n
Optimize AEM performance including caching indexing and publishing
\n
Candidate should have experience on React
\n
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and ensure high quality deliverables
\n
Ensure compliance with secure coding practices accessibility and brand standards
\n
Required Qualifications
\n
4 to 8 years of hands on experience
\n
Strong understanding of AEM architecture including Sites Assets Sling OSGi and Dispatcher
\n
Proven experience in integrating AIML services into AEM environments
\n
Good understanding of RESTful APIs and external service integrations
\n
Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
\n
Preferred Skills
\n
Experience working in Microsoft integrated environments eg Azure SharePoint Teams Graph API
\n
Familiarity with AI technologies such as Azure AI OpenAI or TensorFlow especially in content or marketing tech
\n
Exposure to DevOps CICD pipelines and cloud based AEM deployments
\n
Knowledge of headless CMS and SPA frameworks is a plus
\n
