Required Skills & Experience
\n · BS in Electrical Engineering or related field
\n · 5+ years of Compliance Engineering experience
\n · Experience obtaining and maintaining UL, cUL, and CE certifications
\n · Strong knowledge of EMC requirements and testing methodologies
\n · Experience working with North American and European safety standards
\n · Experience supporting safety agency testing and certification activities
\n · Strong communication and project management skills
\n · Experience with schematic capture tools and Microsoft Office applications
\n
Desired Skills & Experience
\n · Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
\n · 8–10+ years of Compliance Engineering experience
\n · Experience with industrial equipment, scientific instrumentation, or laser systems
\n · Experience with Machinery Directive, Low Voltage Directive, and EMC Directive requirements
\n · Risk Assessment and FMEA experience
\n · Experience working with international engineering teams
\n · Knowledge of evolving safety and EMC standards
