We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Specialist to provide both deskside support and End-User Computing (EUC) services to our corporate users. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of endpoint devices, supporting user account management, and ensuring a seamless technology experience for employees across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and deploy endpoints for new hires, ensuring all enterprise applications are installed via Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM).
  • Provide deskside support for hardware and software issues, including Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
  • Participate in the administration of Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools.
  • Assist employees with Microsoft EntraID Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) enrollment and provide ongoing support.
  • Provision and deprovision user accounts in Active Directory and EntraID.
  • Troubleshoot returned endpoints to determine if they require warranty repair or should be recycled.
  • Manage incoming deliveries of IT assets and prepare for deployment or reuse.
  • Set up new workspaces, including mounting dual monitors and managing cable routing.
  • Support mobile device management (iPhones, iPads, Windows devices) using Microsoft Intune.
  • Handle escalated technical support cases from the help desk, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLAs.
  • Provide expert 2nd level support for corporate employees, including C-Suite executives.

  • 3+ years of recent experience in as an EUC/Desktop Support Analyst
  • Proficiency with Windows 11, Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365.
  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID MFA administration or enrollment.
  • Strong knowledge of AD and Entra ID user and computer account management.
  • Experience with MECM for imaging and software deployment.
  • Solid troubleshooting skills from a client perspective, including endpoint and peripheral issues.
  • Experience supporting mobile and remote users in a hybrid work environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams administration.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune for managing Windows and iOS devices is a plus.
