Job Description

Responsible to lead the team
Training the IT team
Managing spreadsheets for production
Jump in to assist team members when behind with tasks or tickets
Proficient in Gmail, Google Suite, Zoom, Adobe, DocuSign, CRM, Microsoft, along with other systems
Technical proficiency and experience with managing projects
Provide directions and solutions for strategic development from both functional and technical perspective
Research and determine steps toward efficiency for the company’s applications
Strong communication skills, problem solving, and organizational skills
Give direction and guidance to team members and ensure the effective operation of the IT team
Experience in ITIL processes and technical support environments
SOP’s
Performance reviews
Will be required to complete a second level background check
Required to have at the minimum a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
Masters degree is preferred
