Systems Analyst - on Site NYC - Contract to Hire

A well-established real estate organization in Manhattan is looking to add a Systems Analyst to its growing Technology team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on IT support work while also getting exposure to broader infrastructure, security, and automation projects.

What You'll Be Doing

\n

\n
• Serving as a key point of contact for incoming IT requests and incidents, working through a ticketing system to keep response times and resolutions on track

\n

• Setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting laptops, desktops, and mobile devices (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) across their full lifecycle, from provisioning to retirement

\n

• Supporting core business applications including Microsoft 365 and Adobe products

\n

• Managing printers and print infrastructure, including networked devices and drivers

\n

• Administering user accounts, permissions, and mailboxes across Microsoft 365 and Active Directory

\n

• Keeping conference rooms and AV setups running smoothly for both in-person and remote meetings

\n

• Writing and maintaining internal documentation and knowledge base articles

\n

• Partnering with the Infrastructure, Security, and Applications teams on projects and rollouts

\n

• Owning onboarding and offboarding logistics, from account creation to device and access setup

\n

• Looking for opportunities to bring automation and AI tooling into day-to-day support work to make the team more efficient

\n

What We're Looking For

\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (relevant certifications are a plus)

\n

• 3+ years supporting end users, systems, and hardware in a professional environment

\n

• Solid working knowledge of Active Directory/Entra ID, Microsoft 365 administration, Intune, Exchange Online, and Group Policy

\n

• Comfortable across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments

\n

• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs) for diagnosing connectivity issues

\n

• Some exposure to endpoint management or remote monitoring tools

\n

• Strong troubleshooting instincts, good documentation habits, and solid time management

\n

• A proactive, self-starter mindset with a genuine interest in improving how things run

\n

• A service-first attitude, patient and clear with end users at every skill level

\n

\n

Nice to Have

\n

\n
• Experience with scripting or automation (PowerShell, Power Automate, or similar)

\n

• Background implementing security controls like MFA, Conditional Access, or Group Policy hardening

\n

• Experience managing device policies through an MDM platform like Intune

\n

• Familiarity with Jira or similar tools for tracking your own workload and reporting progress

\n

This is a contract to hire opportunity - contract rate of $45 per hour and a conversion target of 90-100K
