POSITION OVERVIEW
\n
We are looking for an experienced Senior Lead Full-Stack Engineer / AI Solutions Architect to join a hybrid engagement based out of New York, NY (onsite 1x/week). The role sits at the intersection of media engineering and generative AI transformation, leading a global team in architecting and delivering next-generation video streaming platforms. The incumbent will serve as the primary client liaison, responsible for designing scalable cloud architecture, integrating Claude AI to optimize development and workflows, and driving technical execution across both onshore and offshore engineering teams.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
\n
✔️Lead end-to-end solutioning, architecture design, and development for media platforms utilizing Node.js, AWS, DynamoDB, and Vercel
\n
✔️Architect and optimize media engineering workflows, focusing on video encoding, transcoding pipelines, and adaptive bitrate streaming
\n
✔️Drive GenAI adoption across the project ecosystem, leveraging Claude AI for system design, code generation, and automated process optimization
\n
✔️Serve as the key onshore client liaison, analyzing requirements, defining technical blueprints, and translating business goals into execution roadmaps
\n
✔️Provide technical leadership and mentorship to onshore direct reports and direct day-to-day delivery across 10+ nearshore and offshore engineers
