- 4+ years of professional Java software development experience.
- 4+ years of experience with the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with AWS or other cloud platforms, with AWS strongly preferred.
- Experience designing and building event-driven microservices, ideally using Apache Kafka.
- Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience working with relational databases and SQL.
- Strong experience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, debugging, logging, and production support.
- Experience working in Agile development environments with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
