Job Summary
A growing benefits administration organization in Greenville, SC is seeking a Client Implementation Manager to lead new client onboarding and implementation projects from start to finish. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a benefits administration, TPA, or health insurance professional who understands how claims, eligibility, plan setup, vendors, brokers, and client service all connect.
This role offers the opportunity to join a collaborative team environment where strong organization, communication, and follow-through are valued. The Client Implementation Manager will work closely with internal departments, clients, brokers, insurance carriers, and external vendors to ensure a smooth transition into ongoing operations. This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys ownership, process improvement, client interaction, and cross-functional project coordination within the employee benefits and insurance space.
Responsibilities
- Manage new client implementation projects from initial planning through onboarding and transition to ongoing operations.
- Coordinate benefit plan setup, eligibility, claims administration, funding arrangements, vendor integrations, and carrier requirements.
- Track implementation timelines, deliverables, open items, client requirements, and project milestones across multiple accounts.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, brokers, vendors, account managers, and internal operations teams.
- Resolve implementation questions, escalate issues as needed, and keep projects moving toward successful completion.
- Identify opportunities to improve implementation workflows, client onboarding processes, and overall service delivery.
