Job Description
Optomi, in partnership with a leading organization, is looking for a Scrum Lead/Tech PM. This role involves leading agile processes and practices across supported teams, with a focus on scrum (60-70%) and technical project management (30-40%). The successful candidate will conduct ongoing assessments of Agile capabilities, lead agile events such as daily standups and sprint ceremonies, and support product managers and owners in prioritizing and maintaining product roadmaps and backlogs. They will also drive metric tracking and dashboard visualization, articulate team risk areas, and provide hands-on support for Agile practices across cross-functional teams.

What the responsibilities are of the right candidate:

- Develop and maintain Agile processes, principles, and practices across supported teams.
- Conduct ongoing assessments of Agile capabilities and provide input for continuous improvement.
- Lead agile events with product teams including but not limited to daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint
- planning, sprint ceremonies, etc.
- Support the Product Manager in terms of prioritizing product roadmap initiatives relative to business needs
- Support the Product Owner with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog
- Drive consistent metric tracking and dashboard visualization for internal teams and stakeholders
- Articulate team risk areas and key accomplishments regularly.
- Engage with stakeholders, partners, and customers to review Agile practices adoption.
- Provide hands-on support and facilitate understanding of Agile practices across cross-functional teams.
