Job Title: Oracle EBS Financials Specialist

Location: Clearfield, UT

Job Type: Full-Time

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Specialist with strong expertise in Oracle Financials. The ideal candidate will have both technical and functional knowledge of Oracle EBS modules, particularly in financial areas such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and enhancements for Oracle EBS Financials modules
  • Collaborate with finance teams to understand business needs and translate them into system solutions
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and document issues related to Oracle Financials modules
  • Participate in configuration, testing, and deployment of new features or updates
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes from a systems perspective
  • Write and maintain technical documentation, including process flows, configurations, and customizations

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle EBS, specifically in Financials
  • Strong understanding of accounting and financial business processes
  • Functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
  • Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle reporting tools (BI Publisher, Discoverer, or similar)
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with both IT and Finance teams

Preferred Qualifications/Certifications:

  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Associate/Professional
  • Oracle Database Administrator Certified Professional (OCP)
  • DoD 8570.1-M compliant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP)
  • Master's degree in Accounting or equivalent

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Oracle R12 or later
  • CPA or finance/accounting background a plus
  • Experience in system integrations or working with third-party financial tools
