Key Responsibilities:

- Lead & Coordinate: Drive cross-functional project teams (Banking, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and IT) to clearly define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Translate Strategy: Turn complex business and banking requirements into actionable project plans, roadmaps, and workflows.
- Execute & Manage: Develop and manage end-to-end project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and dependencies.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Serve as the primary point of contact for executives and steering committees, providing transparent updates on project status, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
- Functional Excellence: Partner closely with Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure system solutions meet strict functional, operational, and regulatory standards.
- Change Management: Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), staff training programs, and operational change management to guarantee smooth system rollouts and adoption.
