Job Description: We are seeking a Desktop Technician to support a large-scale computer migration project. This role will focus on PC builds and imaging as part of an enterprise hardware refresh.
 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Build, configure, and image desktop and laptop computers</li>
<li>Support large-scale PC migration and deployment efforts</li>
<li>Troubleshoot hardware and imaging issues</li>
<li>Work onsite with IT teams to ensure timely rollout of systems</li>
</ul>
 
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>3 years experience building and imaging PCs</li>
<li>Strong understanding of desktop hardware and Windows environments</li>
<li>Ability to work onsite in Knoxville, TN</li>
<li>Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to meet project deadlines</li>
