Role: Performance Testing / Performance Engineering Lead with Load Runner (10+ Years)

Mandatory Skills

\n

\n
• Performance Testing/Engineering experience (10+ years)

\n

• Strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner, JMeter, Locust, or similar tools

\n

• Advanced scripting using VUGen 9.5+

\n

• Strong Python programming skills

\n

• Experience with AI/ML, LLMs, GenAI, prompt engineering, and AI-driven automation

\n

• Knowledge of C, Java, SQL, and scripting

\n

• Expertise in performance monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, CA Wily Introscope, AWR Reports

\n

• Splunk for performance analysis

\n

• Understanding of HTTP, Citrix, distributed load testing environments, and application architecture

\n

• Performance bottleneck analysis and troubleshooting

\n

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

\n

\n

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LoanIQ (Finastra)

\n

• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

\n

• Kubernetes/OpenShift

\n

• Microservices and distributed architectures

\n

• AppDynamics, Grafana, ELK

• AI agents/copilots for test automation and predictive capacity planning

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Design and execute load, stress, failover, and endurance tests

\n

• Develop performance test plans and scripts

\n

• Lead data creation activities for testing

\n

• Analyze performance issues and provide recommendations

\n

• Collaborate with development, architecture, infrastructure, and production support teams

\n

• Use AI to automate analysis, improve diagnostics, and identify production risks

\n

• Act as a Performance Engineering strategist and technical lead

\n
