We're looking for a Controls and Low Voltage Manager in Honolulu to lead building automation and low-voltage electrical installation across commercial projects.

Responsibilities
- Manage technicians and electricians on building automation and low-voltage projects.
- Provide hands-on expertise for controls installation, startup, and commissioning.
- Supervise daily field operations against estimated productivity.
- Coordinate material needs and timing.
- Identify change order opportunities and document them with sales.
- Debug installation issues during static and dynamic startup.
- Communicate with consulting engineers, owners, and other contractors.
- Develop team members through goals, training, and reviews.
Must-Haves
- Hands-on background in building automation controls installation and commissioning.
- Experience supervising field technicians or electricians.
- Ability to read plans and manage productivity to an estimate.
Nice-to-Haves
- Low-voltage electrical licensing.
- Niagara or similar platform certification.
