Job Title: Oracle EBS Technical Analyst/ Oracle EBS Consultant

Location: Pasadena, CA – ONSITE

1-year contract with possibility of extension/conversion

Pay: $74.00- $122.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Lead ESA (Enterprise Systems Analyst) to review existing business requirements and gather new requirements from stakeholders
  • Conduct fit-gap analyses and present options
  • Map current-state and future-state business workflows
  • Recommend Oracle configuration updates to optimize business processes
  • Support ESA in implementing new features and/or system changes aligned with approved functional designs
  • Troubleshoot application issues through resolution
  • Log and manage Oracle Service Requests
  • Create and update functional design documents, technical design documents, and process flows associated with configurations or approved customizations
  • Develop scalable Oracle SQL/PLSQL code including procedures, functions, packages, and triggers
  • Update existing code to meet evolving requirements
  • Tune and optimize queries for performance
  • Build or retrofit interfaces, APIs, and data loaders
  • Support custom extensions including Form Personalization and custom.pll
  • Diagnose system bottlenecks, debug functional and technical issues, and apply fixes
  • Support testing and user training activities
  • Perform additional duties as directed by project team
  • Provide bi-weekly status reports


Required Skills

  • Demonstrated experience delivering two or more Common Inventory implementations as part of broader ODM/MRP deployments in Oracle eBS R12.13.x.
  • Deep functional and technical expertise in ODM, including Inventory and Oracle Master Scheduling/MRP
  • Ability to map, fit, and enhance complex "As-Is" business processes into Oracle EBS standard functionality
  • Expert-level knowledge of ODM/MRP including Inventory setup steps, profile options, and system parameters to optimize performance
  • Comprehensive understanding of the ODM lifecycle: BOM, Inventory, WIP, MRP, Purchasing, and Costing
  • Strong understanding of upstream and downstream integration points
  • Strong technical skills: Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Form personalization, custom.pll, and BI Publisher reports
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with REST APIs
  • Proficient with MS Office
