Your Mission

• Scrutinize customer specifications and drawings to confirm manufacturing feasibility.
• Coordinate prototype builds and support associated manufacturing and purchasing activities.
• Lead APQP workflows to ensure smooth, successful new product launches.
• Collaborate directly with customers to define, refine, and meet product expectations.
• Build and manage project plans—timelines, budgets, and milestone tracking.
• Align engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply partners to maintain progress.
• Provide frontline technical support for new products and production processes.
• Address customer quality concerns and help drive effective corrective actions.
• Own action tracking, highlight risks, and keep deliverables on schedule.

Are You This Engineer?

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating projects.
• Able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-directed contributor who thrives in team settings as well.
